A year-long process with Senac - a Brazilian public-private institution that promotes universal professional education - to better understand the needs and struggles of school coordinators and directors in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

The project was divided in four steps:

• four face to face meet ups with those professionals in different cities and trying to reach different life contexts in the state
• a facilitated presentation from all the data gathered in the meet ups, aiming to create future goals and plans for Senac
• a workshop teaching about different innovative techniques that could help Senac to better achieve their self-created goals
• a final presentation gathering all the knowledge created in the whole process in one single place

This process involved: dialogue facilitation, graphic recording, gamified decision-making, social hacking and many more.
